Suggestion in r/o Existence certificate (EC) by LIC Pensioners

As an policy holder having annuity policy in any branch , can submit his counter signed ( by authorised official) physical EC in any nearest branch and official validate it and annuity released in due time.
Just like this, A provision should be there for pensioners also to submit their EC in any nearest branch and branch official should counter sign his EC and validate in system . This will be very helpful for pensioners.
