I have sent a five page general letter of appeal to the Chief Justice of India.
The letter may look long but I believe it comprehensively echoes the travails faced by aged pensioners.
If there is a positive outcome emerging in response to this we will be lucky. Otherwise the Supreme Court Registry will have a record of the sufferings faced by aged LIC pensioners on account of delay in disposals of cases.
