Subject: Impleading in Civil Appeal 8420 & 8421

Sir

Our application to get impleaded has been filed yesterday. Scrutiny of our affidavit is not yet completed by the Registry. Copy of application will be sent to all next week. It is reliably learnt that Canara Bank has filed a petition seeking permission to pay DA at 100% to the pre November 2002 retirees and IBA has filed a petition to get impleaded as respondent. Our chances of getting 100 DA soon is very bright.

    Pursuance to our earlier e-mail sent to you to-day on this subject, now forward herewith a soft copy of the Circular No.A:2015:79 dated 4.7.'15 issued by our Association to all the concerned members. Soft copies of the attachments (mentioned in our Circular) are already sent to you along with our earlier e-mail and hence we are not repeating the same now.

    Hard copies of our attached Circular will be dispatched to our Association's Office Bearers / CC Members in the beginning of the next week. We shall be able to send it to all our members (retired after dt. 1.10.'12) by the end of the next week.
