12. LEGAL FUND:  The Meeting of OB and LC members held at Delhi on 02-05-2016 decided to accept the recommendations as follows:
If the 40 % of the Arrears is Rs 30,000 the pensioner can pay –-- Rs.   5000
If the 40 % of the Arrears is Rs 50,000 the pensioner can pay –-- Rs. 10000
If the 40 % of the Arrears is Rs 80,000 the pensioner can pay –---Rs. 15000
If the 40 % of the Arrears is Rs 100,000 the pensioner can pay ---Rs. 20000
If the 40 % of the Arrears is Rs 140,000 the pensioner can pay ---Rs. 30000
