Your blog has published today an order dated 21.05.2015 from
Punjab &Haryana High Court Chandigarh in Contempt Case for
compliance of its Verdict dated 09.11.2012 being pursued by Panchkula
AIRIEF Unit and all your esteemed readers must have read the same.
This is simply possible due to full involvement of our very
capable and competent case manager Sh. Sreenivasa Murty and on behalf of
Panchkula AIRIEF Unit we express our very sincere Thanks to him.
Let us look forward with lot of hopes towards further
outcome on next date of hearing 20.07.2015 and before that
interpretation and compliance within six weeks time limit by LIC for
Supreme Court Order dated 07.05.2015 will be known to all of us.
