Mediclaim Refund Ready Reckoner for 2015-16 & Cashless Service
1) We have pleasure in sending our READY RECKONER for REFUND of EXCESS MEDICLAIM PREMIUM deducted for FFPOLICY 2015--16
It is surprising that when we have prepared this as long before 26 APRIL,2015 &
when LIC CO has sent Chart of REFUND for Employees ,to be paid alongwith Salary for May 2015 on 1st June 2015, still
for PENSIONERS,such a simple calculation , after so long a time, has not
reached ZO/DO.I reminded ED(Per) 5 days before to expedite

We would again plead with you to regularise & operationalise
CASHLESS SERVICE FACILITY procedures on a sound footing without any
hassles or delay, as golden hour admissions has to be swift without
sweat & frustration.Ecard of TPA becomes very relevant.We sent
yesterday MDINDIA TPA for LIC NZ Ecard download procedure. LIC data
must have been keyed by LIC CO & TPA SZ too.Can you please empathise
& kickstart operations ,by contacting TPA Offcials to enable them
understand & realise the seriousness of the situation &
inordinate delay ,even after issue of LIC CO Circular ?
3) Please
also issue a Comprehensive Circular covering ALL points to be taken
care of by Employees/Pensioners to avail Cashless service without
hassles & fulfilling the noble purpose for which it is intended
We
must also appreciate,in this connection, the useful & wonderful SZ
BOOKLET PENSIONERS HANDBOOK prepared by you,which was admired
throughout the country .
