            Heard learned counsel for the parties.

            In our view, no  case  is  made  out  for  issuing  any  further
direction to the petitioner in the matter of deposit of the amount in  terms
of the initial order passed by the Court.
            The applications are accordingly dismissed.

Note: In view of the above interim order of SC, please do not expect that LIC would deposit
more than 20% of what was deposited in the Registries of Jaipur HC & P&H HC Chandigarh.
As stated in the Flash News by Shri R B Kishore, LIC will seek clarification from SC 
with regard to Delhi HC to ascertain the petitioner pensioners.
