It is a welcome move on the part of NOIP to meet and submit a memorandum on Pensioners Vital And outstanding Issues. But I doubt about the outcome of such efforts by our Associations, because soon after the induction of Modi Govt

Contd...a year back more than half-a-dozen new Ministers were met in a delegation and memoranda submitted by various Association with Zero Result till now. Though the Govt and Ministers are new the Babudom which controls the affairs of the Ministries are Old and their advice carries more Weight with the new incumbent Ministers. The bureaucracy is known for conservative ideas and oppose all innovative ideas.
