DEAR ALL,
One significant implication that
emerges from the order is that prima facie the HC was satisfied that the
petitioners' contention that LIC had not deposited the right amount in the HC
Registry was valid.
This must weigh in the mind of
the SC Bench when the case comes up for hearing on 23/9/2015 connecting this
inadequacy to Jaipur deposits also.
