Dear Shri Aboobucker,

There is no error in the calculation of DR slabs .

Now the period is from 01.08.1997 to 31.03.2016 for 224 months.

Hence for CPI 1148 DR slabs are 121161-1249=119912.

Similarly for CPI 1740 , DR slabs are 87861-1101=86760.

Previously I had calculated for 225 months from 01.08.1997 to 30.04.2016.

Hope now the position is clear.
