Dear All LIC Pensioners,
As some persons are indulging in generating unnecessary hype resulting in people stating that the court is 'considering' the Hyd .pettiton and also AIIPA petition, it is necessary to bring the following facts to the attention of gullible pensioners and even some 'leaders' at some places.
1. The intervening petition of AIIPA stands disposed off with liberty to the pettitioners to file a regular writ.
2. In the case of Hydrabad .writ only notice has been ordered which means the court will decide on 12/7 after the respondents file their counter within 3 weeks.This is a routine procedure and it is amusing some people are hailing this itself as a great victory!!
So far as our federation is concerned we are against any intervention .
We are firmly of the view that any new writ petition has the POTENTIAL of disturbing the time schedule for disposal envisaged by the supreme court order.
If it will not be disturbed we will be happy as any one else . I also like to categorically state that baseless messages that are being circulated by interested quarters deserve to be ignored .
