Re: our WP 184/2007
In the context of unwarranted comments by certain quarters regarding the non availability of our amended WP in the court records during the previous hearings it i necessary we convey the following
flash news recd.from our counsel today.
The amended writ filed by us was listed today (8/8) before the bench of justice Sanjeev Khanna.
.The court accepted it and our counsel who was present was again directed to file our rejoinder to LIC's counter which had already been filed .
The court also repeated its earlier direction that we may file also our reply to the affidavit of LIC in regard to compliance of SC order on payment of Interim relief.
We may add that that this episode was caused only due to a mix up at the court Registry. And it is hoped that there may not be any more comments.
We are now in touch with our counsels for filing of the required papers.
