It is informed on phone by Shri C H Mahadevan from Hyderabad on behalf of Sh Murty from Delhi High Court campus that Bench today was very much annoyed with Union of India for doing nothing.
UOI directed to approach Supreme court for extension of time limit and come back on 31st August, 2016.
The Court also told UOI that they would take call on PARA 3A.
