LIC RETIRED CLASS ONE.
OFFICERS. ASSOCIATION. PANCHKULA
RESOLUTION
All the members present in the
specially called condolence meeting on 16th July 2017
place on record our sad feelings of
loss and grief at the sudden passing away of
Sri Sreenivasa Murty on 8th July
2017.
He was coming up as a guiding star
not only for the LIC pensioners but for the entire
community of the pensioners from all
the Financial Institutions and statuary organisations.
He had started
approaching leaders of the pensioners groups in various Financial Institutions
in order to
approach the Supreme Court for creating a National Policy on Pensions.
He had adopted our legal case in
Chandigarh and then in Supreme Court and Delhi
High Court as a personal
challenge. He helped us through with his time, money and
his legal knowledge.He endeared
himself to all our members by addressing our four
GB Meetigs in the past three
years. His had become a household name with the
pensioners.They waited to read his
mails in the Pensioners Blogs. His reporting from
the Court Rooms was considered most
authentic. He had become to be recognised
as a very
knowledgeable, wise, intelligent and sincere person. His passing away is a
big loss to the pensioners
community.
We bow to the will of God and pray
for peace to the departed soul and courage to
the bereaved family to bear this
great loss.
We stand in silence for two minutes
in prayer and desire our sentiments be conveyed
To the bereaved family and to other
pensioners in the country.
S N Chhabra
Secretary.
