This THURSDAY THINKTANK = of BANK RETIREES ON 100% DA CASE

After settling the dust of jubilation against retiree organisations circulars on 1st august court proceedings, the retirees reading between the lines of Court Proceedings of 1st August and defining and redifining the judges' gestures as to gauge how much favourable or unfavourable the judgement may be.

And digging the sites for Judgements of both Madras High Court and Kolkata High Court Division Benches in the matter.

they are too much optimistic.  R judges weighing more on Madras Judgement per the following > "The Judges sought the views of the Advocates representing the Pensioners’ and Retirees’ Organizations about their earlier judgment relating to dismissal of appeals against the Order of Hon’ble High Court of Madras and implications thereof."  Why they not asked IBA/UBI/GOVT counsels  about their views on Kolkata Judgement similarly to balance. OR why not posed to RBI counsel reg implementation of 100%DA to pre nov2002 retirees in RBI.   - in http://bankpensioner.blogspot.in/
