DEAR ALL LIC PENSIONERS & FAMILY PENSIONERS,
1). You are aware that you are
required to submit a yearly Certificate of your existence duly counter singed
by authorized person on or after 01.08.2017 for continuous release of your monthly pension
by LICI.
Now you have been provided an
alternative mode of submission of the above certificate by way of digital
Aadhaar authenticated life certificate.
In this mode you are not required to
visit the office of LIC. Instead you have to submit a self attested copy of
your Aadhaar card together with the pro-forma A for registration&
verification with your Pension ID in Pension
Module. to the Pension Cell of OS Deptt of the concerned DO
Secondly, you have to visit a
Common Service Centre near your place of residence.
to avail the facility
of biometric authentication.

On visiting the CSC
alongwith your Aadhar Card you are requested to update some of the fields as
follows:
Sanctioning
Authority : Life Insurance Corporation Of India
Disbursing
Agency : LIC Staff Pension
Agency
: Name of LIC office
disbursing your Pension Payment
(e.g.-
C009 Central Office)
Policy Number
: Please specify your Pension ID
After registering the above particulars with
CSC as per LIC Central Office Circular dated 31.03.2017 , you can authenticate your biometric ie your finger
prints on paying the prescribed service fee of ₹ 10/-
Now you may to choose whichever mode
suits you most.
2) Please submit a copy of your PAN to the Office
in case not done so far.
3). Link your Aadhaar with your PAN for filing of Income Tax Return.
