Dear Respected All
I am glad to inform that our SLP has been filed in the Supreme Court today.Any
objections/shortcomings will be pointed out in 2/3days time.Our advocate will
endeavour to complete all the requirements soon and make efforts to get our
case tagged with other five similar SLP s.
Our Mr B R Mehta has a habit of going out for his evening walk well after sunset.
As usual he went out in the park in the dark.He was accompanied by Sri H D Sharma
our President who lives not very far from his house.There,he was bitten by a poisonous
snake .They rushed back to their houses.By the time Mr Sharma brought his car,
Mehta JI started losing his consciousness. With the help of the neighbours,they put
him in the car and rushed to the Alchemist Hospital .Mehta started bleeding from his
mouth by the time they reached the hospital.His condition appeared serious.The
Hospital authorities took charge immediately.Mr Sharma stayed in the hospital till
midnight when when Mehta JI started responding to the treatment and the Doctors
assured the worst was over.
Mehta JI is in the ICU.He may be discharged tomorrow or moved to the general ward
for one more day.
Let us all pray for his quick recovery.
