2. The rate of  CPI-IW inflation  for October, 2017 was 3.237%. 

3. The rate of retail CPI inflation  for November, 2017 is 4.90%

4.  The expected rate of CPI-IW inflation  for November, 2017 is 

3.237/3.81*4.90=4.163%.

5. The expected CPI-IW for November, 2017 is 

277*1.04163=288.53 ie 289.
