When Mr K D Arya does not agree with the legal opinion secured by LIC ,he has to challenge it in the Supreme Court.
Incidentally,Mr Arya is not similarly placed as Mr M C Jain as he retired on 30/4/1993.He is similarly placed as 12000 plus other officers who retired after 1/4/1993. All these officers together have to fight in the court so that Mr Arya will also get the benefit.
