"SAD : My misfortune that when all was well, many helped me to take care for my disabilities of varicose veins,cellulitis & back problems losing balance at times,just 1 hour before arrival time from Bhopal to Chennai ,with Madurai Delegates,Sri Angurajan,ec Member Sri Chokkalingam, ,Sri Kulandaisamy,Sri Thiagarajan, while going with slow forward steps,catching right & left supports where possible,as many were still sleeping or snoring, the fast TNExpress not only made good 1 hour delay earlier night at Warangal, sudden tumult or sway, I lost hold & as curtains were there, fell to the right unable to get up,with writhing pain,usual brotherly help of Sri Angurajan,Kulandaisamy lifting me from behind & Chokkalingam giving a helping hand from front & I after initial gasping, with right elbow support on right seat cushion for uplifting myself ,all just 1 hr before arrival at Chennai Central,then going to western toilet & they eager to help with some ointment & I not wanting to tell Mrs Seetha Kishore, to avoid worries ,as already she was alone for 5 days, these are testing Times for Activists & OBs,who work with mind & heart glued to welfare & prosperity of pensioners, from all angles,all the time,Dame destiny tests us in somewhat cruel fashion ,apart from merciless LIC in weak ,submissive frame to MOF & GOI running rampage with LIC Monies destined for stakeholders,employees & pensioners, & adopting procrastination to weaken the unity of all groups of pensioners.We have to be beware of such spoilsports & focus on 11 0ctober 2018 with this Eminent SC Bench of Hon Justice BLokur & Hon Deepak Gupta to ensure quick continuous hearing & only passing mention of DHC implementation by LIC with many aberrations to be remedied after complete submissions on twin benefits of Full DR & PU retrospective with correct Effective dates.for genuine benefit to all pensioners. "

Mrs Seetha Kishore took me to BharathiRaja Hospital & after check up etc,Doctor has prescribed some gel, pills, antibiotics & crepe bandage for both legs. We are consulting Vascular Surgeon now,Strangely today 3rd day, as I had unusual burning sensation & pain, I noticed big patches of blood clots at 3 places, thigh & above,so painful & irritating.

12 OCTOBER to 20th October 2018 ,SC Dassara Holidays.Monday 22 October 2018 to 31st appears to be clean except a Sunday,28th .So focus must be to plead for regular, daily hearing & conclude sooner by October end itself to earn the verdict & final judgement so that this SC Bench itself must conclude happily the tortuous 20 year Legal battle .
