Dear All,
You know that our case is listed on 11th October for hearing in supreme court and Dussehra vacations for SC are from 12th to 20th October 2018.
It is planned that 3-4 members of legal study group shall be reaching New Delhi on 9th October to discuss the issue with Sr,Advocates to ensure that our case moves in right direction and our advocates are well prepared and fully seized with the developments of case and proper strategy to deal the case is drawn. We are of the clear opinion that in spite of wilful wrong implementation of D.H.C order and SC instructions by LIC ,AIRIEF will though mention the mistake but would like to insist for early hearing of our petition and request the bench to take up our issue on day to day basis after DUSSEHRA VACATION
The members must keep in mind that on 11th October not much development is expected but definitely the legal group shall be vigilant to protect the interest of pensioners at large and our main case of pension updation with wag revision.
