Our case in SC

Our General Secretary Sri G Krishnasamy informed that SC has granted Six weeks time to LIC  instead of 8 weeks time requested by them to calculate minimum basic pension . Our two Sr Advocates objected and pleaded for continues hearing, but Court has not accepted our pleading . Let  us wait for six weeks time.
On all of our request Our leaders engaged Two Advocates ,it is our responsibility to send Legal Fund to our Federation .

LIC in its compliance report prayed for 8 weeks time to make payments to those getting minimum pension. Today our case was taken up at 10.35. Our seniour advocates and the seniour advocates of other petitioners also vehemently opposed the LIC prayer but SC finally gave LIC 6 weeks time and adjourned for final hearing. This is the first hand information received from our Legal Team present in SC today.
