   UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R      :                                                   *List on 19th  February, 2020.                                                           Mr.  Krishna  Murari  Lal  Asthana,  Petitioner-in  person  in SLP  (C  )  No.  30000  of  2017  be  informed  about  the  next  date  of hearing.                                         Learned   counsel   appearing   for   the   Life   Insurance Corporation  of  India  is  permitted  to  file  an  affidavit  giving latest  status  of  the  compliance  of  the  Orders  dated 27.4.2017(  passed  by  the  High  Court)  and  order  dated  26.11.2018 passed by this Court.*     

          Friends, from the above order dt 5.2.2020 of SC  it is evident that  Hon'ble Supreme Court will have the following two issues  to be taken up on 19.2.2020:-.                                               1. SLP (C) No. 30000/2017 of Sh KML Asthana.                                                                     2. Compliance  of  the  Orders  dated 27.4.2017(  passed  by  High  Court)  and  order  dated by 26.11.2018 passed by this Court.                                                                  

    Under such circumstances, it  seems that only IR/DR issue may dominate the SC proceedings, besides  Sh Asthana's application for detaging in which he has requested for revision of pension on different grounds. 

     I am submitting this for information of the Pensioners,  and necessary action by the legal managers of the petitioners Associations/Federations as to how to raise and win on the main issue of REVISION / UPDATION OF BASIC PENSION.
