URGENT & IMPORTANT:

1)Forms in respect of OPTION for higher SA Rs75 lacs & other Form for inclusion of dependants/independents etc ,Complete & send immediately to Pension Disbursing Office & to reach on or before 31st MARCH 2022.HURRY up, please.This itself is an Extended date from 25 March ,earlier fixed.

2)SOUTH ZONE,last 4 years, commenced Income Tax Review ,very useful Exercise to elicit data with full Particulars of Section 80C Investments,limit remaining the same,as no change or enhancement of limits eagerly expected,same Rs 1.50 lakhs .

This reduces our burden of separate Inclusions,for submitting our ITReturns before due date direct or through our Auditor.PLEASE  furnish data of such investments immediately .

As LIC Office has to prepare FORM 16 exhaustive,they need before 31 MARCH WITHOUT FAIL

3)Many of us may have some LIC Policies paying premiums ,or also for our children & paying through NEFT automatic deductions from our SB A/c ,which particulars be given to LIC Pension Cell & particularly to Servicing Branch ,secure LIC BO Certificate for IT purposes.Keep a record but getting Branch Certificate,fup etc & job is done.This when you write to Concerned PC,they will include & show amount deducted & paid & Next Column show ELIGIBLE AMOUNT ALLOWED as per IT Rules

4) a)A little extra care,more alertness,concern for Accuracy enables ALL to be aware of such provisions & facilities offerred,utillise the same,incorporate the same for IT Review with proper PROOF.

ANOTHER SUCH is ,say i)ANNUITIES on our lives ,ii)PMs Pension Yojana earlier one,PM Vayu Vandana Yojana .You can easily get iii) ITCertificate from IPPCell,ZO ,or concerned DO etc ,furnish Policy Nos & other details with CARE.These when included in your Reply with PROOFS,gets STANDARDISED & SIMPLIFIED ,to annex such EVIDENCES for quick Inclusion in Pension Cell certificate included in their FORM 16.

You submit evidence to PCell immediately to reach LIC Office before 31 March 2022.

     It is possible PCell may say ,they will give but wait till last payment for end March to get credited ,so in 1st week or so give ITCertificate,no problem,as Customary last date for filing ITReturns is 31July only.

b) Many have such LIC POLICIES for better half  wife & so get  ITCertificate on same lines for her Policies,full particulars .This can be used conveniently for HER ITReturns

5) i)SURE ,all Employees,Pensioners must  have Linked their PAN CARD details with their Policies to be eligible for subscribing to Mega IPO.LIC ,correct date not known,but Mid May 12th May last day as SEBI Permission expires.

Also all must have DEMAT ACCOUNT & must be ACTIVE & Operational .

WE have been pleading all along with higher Authorities TOP MGT ,that Pensioners,as defined in  PR1995 Rule 2j are termed as RETIRED EMPLOYEES & must get,also get DISCOUNTS,when offerred .

ii)FAMILY PENSIONERS conforming to these Rules  & Conditions are on SAME ground.

FP need assistance.ZO/DO/BOs must educate them ,be forewarned & forearmed.

Special Meetings  for FP  can be arranged,contact is far less,mechanical,not personalised or intimate.

6)LIFE CERTIFICATE,Software JEEVAN SAKSHAYA must be practised to get familiarity.

ALREADY many are submitting for Annuities or VVYojana such conditions if clause is inserted,

SO,must get easier & easier,sooner.AUGUST or what date this Year may be known.

       THIS ITSELF took more than 2 years,writing, reminding, teletalk,TOP Mgt urged to expedite  et all. These & COVID 19 deadly prompted urgency& we GOT IT atlast.

Many talk about CG FACIAL RECOGNITION Software,with relevant Apps,Govt Pension dept direct contact thro similar Apps at Pensioner & once it tallies with existing Photo perhaps,gets approved.ONLY the 1st beginning announcement will induce confidence.

*in fact some pointed out LIC need not ask for Witness for the FORMS for Mediclaim SA UP proforma,unnecessary.

7)JUST a general request: on 1st PENSION has to be credited irrespective of Saturday,Sunday,Holiday or whatever .From Sep 2019 itself we got after Heroic efforts,few DOs some Hiccups.Again announced & cautioned by RBI Governor to all Banks recently.So there should not be any APOLOGIES

BUT ASSIST US by inserting info of CREDIT to your Bank AC when SMS is promptly received

CONVEYING in WhatsApp Group,your NAME,DO NAME,ZONE,Time of credit

No one needs for this purpose about Pension Cell Intimation,that is necessary but routine.
