Discrepancies in payment of Enhanced Family Pension wef 11.09.2023

In the case of the first case of generous family pension increase of Rs 21804 reported by Mr RB Kishore , I got a copy of the Pension Slip of the family pensioner drawing family pension from Chennai DO 2 which was erroneous.

The mistake committed was of taking the correct basic pension of Group 2, but taking the wrong DR rate applicable for Group 1 and adding 2070 slabs of DR to Basic Pension of 2760.

I have brought this mistake to the notice of ZM, South Zone by a WhatsApp message and he has promised to look into the matter.
