What was the reaction of AIIPA about what happened at SC on18.9.25.It stated that "one of the Senior counsels of an Intervener started arguments". It shows the contempt on both Nidhesh Gupta and AIRIEF by not mentioning the names. Both were responsible for the start of legal process two decades back and continuing it till this day. Anti- Pension/Its Up Gradation AIIEA/AIIPA joined late at DHC after decades. Otherwise their members would have deserted them. Their members socially boycotted and abused the dissidents/minuscule members of AILICEF/AIRIEF on political grounds as if they are Dalits as treated by higher castes of Hindu Hierarchy. No useful purpose were served all these decades by signing with enemies in joint statements however strong it may be by AILICEF/AIRIEF.
