Update Refund of Group Medi Claim Policy premium already recovered in Current FY 25-26

Dear Comrades,
*Re:Mediclaim premium paid by Pensioners aged above 71 years.*
LIC decided to provide 100% subsidy in premium to the extent of Compulsory floater Sum Insured under Group Mediclaim applicable to LIC Pensioners aged 71 years and above, spouse of deceased pensioners and family pensioners from the policy year 2025-2026 onwards.
It has now been decided to refund the premiums already paid by such GMC policyholders. Central Office has sent program to all the pension disbursement units advising to extract details of premiums paid by pensioners from March, 2025.The amount so recovered will be refunded along with pension for next month.
