With 9 other (though termed as Misc.) cases before our cases which even though allotted the Sl No.101 (taken as No.1) is very UNLIKELY to be taken up on the listed day I.e. 28-1-2014. Most probably our wait may drag on through February 2015.
I am at a loss to know what purpose will be served by listing so many cases for a single day except perhaps for the Supreme Court Advocates benefits who will be available at the Court Hall at the litigants' expenses knowing fully well that their cases are most Unlikely to be called up for the day's hearing. It appears to be a viscous circle in the legal quagmire and the poor litigants are taken for a ride by the System.
