I
have seen several Posts in the Pensioners' Blogs, on our cases having
been listed at Sl No 1 on 28th January 2015 and some leaders suggesting
that 'something is expected to happen on that day'.
I
wish to recall for the benefit of all concerned, specially all your
readers, what transpired in the open court on 21st January 2015 at 1.00
PM. On the matter being raised by several counsel, His Lordship
specifically directed for hearing in the First week of February'. On
their renewed request for the top slot, Justice Misra assured all 'yes, I
know, I remember, it will be in that position'.
According
to the information I received, our cases are not going to be taken up
on 28th Jan. In that event, all the counsel should make sure by
mentioning on that day once again that we are listed at Sl No 101 on 4th
February, which should happen without any difficulty.
I
may also report that on 28th January, there are NINE Miscellaneous
matters above our case and the Bench sits up to 3.25 PM only.
As advised by Mr Jay Savla, I do not propose to visit Delhi on 28th January.
