The actual serial no of our matters will be known by Tuesday 13th evening. Court sits up to 1.00 PM only on 14th. A clear picture would emerge when we see the final list.
I arrived in Delhi as scheduled on Saturday the 10th. Had two detailed sessions with Mr Jay Savla, the Advocate representing P & H HC Petitioners. We covered good ground and the Advocate is being provided with additional inputs he wanted, by Mr Mahadevan and me. Mr Mahadevan is reaching Delhi by 13th evening and will be available for consultations during the hearing.
I met Dr Pritam for over half an hour today. Had the benefit of discussing general strategy to be adopted in our case and his mature advice - to form part of instructions to the Advocate.
Mr GNSridharan arrived in Delhi this afternoon and had a round of discussion with his Sr Advocate. We spoke and agreed to get in touch again after the case listing status is known tomorrow evening.
Am informed by Mr S S Saxena that Mr Asthana will be arriving Tuesday AN. No idea of his actual plans as yet.
Everything else will depend on the List and our case position in it.
