It is good to learn that that the concerned respondents have responded
positively by way of agreeing to talks for an attempt to forge a common
line for SC final hearing on 14th Jan'15, if at all it takes place. This
news has given some amount of relief for the common pensioners who
sincerely desire the common unified approach. If unity can not be
achieved, at-least an understanding can be achieved.
The
Steering committee of the Federation of Class-I on legal matters is
scheduled to meet tomorrow at Delhi. Let us hope that the steering
committee decides some thing positive.
