****OUR CASES IN SUPREME COURT - IT IS NOT TOO LATE TO JOIN HANDS - ALBEIT AT COUNSEL LEVEL****

Dear Editor,

It looks like there is no scope for the 'owners' of WPs to come together and fight the final battle with a common strategy, as all appeals for such a move are spurned unceremoniously.

I think we can still ensure that the final show of arguments ends up with LIC & Government on one side and ALL OF US, the Pensioners, on the other. It will happen for sure if only all three Counsel meet (we just facilitate that and we ourselves may or may not join them if anyone has any reservations) at 10.00 AM in Supreme Court on 21 Jan 2015, before they enter the Court Hall 6 at 10.30.
