Our cases in Supreme Court - proposed meeting among the counsel

I have seen Mr Asthana's post in your blog referring to my Appeal made earlier.
I proposed that a meeting of the Sr/Advocates representing the petitioners may be facilitated which will benefit all. Without that happening, my meeting KML is not an end itself. There are no points to score between us. If meeting the Advocate costs money (I am surprised that one has to pay additionally huge sum to meet one's Advocate on the eve of  the hearing) and if KML is asking who will pay, who will and who should answer this question to the satisfaction of KML? Certainly not I.
Just a couple of points on the case itself before the Supreme Court. Ignore Chandigarh and Delhi Judgements, as they both ARE INDEED BASED on Jaipur judgement only. But what is before Supreme Court under Appeal? It is the Jaipur Judgement. Are you going to ask/tell Supreme Court 'my judgement is already there, you simply uphold it as already decided by Justice Bhandari. You have nothing more to do'. If your sole argument that 'Board Resolution should be implemented for which Govt approval is not necessary', is not accepted by the Supreme Court, Jaipur drowns and takes with it Chandigarh and Delhi also down the sea.

This is what we all want to be discussed by the ADVOCATES and arrive at a consensus and a common strategy. I know for certain, that the three Advocates appearing for the LIC Pensioners with a common cause, will evolve an excellent strategy to thwart any move of LIC if only we facilitate a quick exchange of views among them. I also know for certain that once they know on which side they are, they gel so well among themselves and the outcome of the combined strength is much more than 1+1+1. It is only we, if we don't get over our petty thinking, that will be seen squabbling among ourselves as if we are fighting over our shares of an ancestral property.

Dear and respected Mr Asthana, please accept that the LIC Pensioners case is no more your private affair. Lend your strong shoulder to the common cause and accept others' who are doing the same.

I will be seeing you at 4.00 PM today. I assure you, I will raise nothing from the past. Please do the same from your side. And don't ask me who will pay for the meeting the Sr/Advocate. Certainly not me.
