According to the news item in Deccan Chronicle(17 06 2015) the long pending
"one rank one pension" for ex service men may be rolled out ahead of
assembly polls in Bihar later this year.
According to top sources "It
(orop) is being worked out. We will need to have a separate category so it
can't be legally challenged later,nor do others stake
claim.
This would be separate from other government pensions".About time
frame, if all modalities were worked out,it could be announced before Bihar elections.
