the decision of airief to join the legal battle for pension upgradation in sc is a timely and welcome decision and all classes of pensioners will be elated. it only represents all classes of pensioners. the other one aiipa is not for legal settlement and they will not implead as a party. gn sridharan's association represents only retd class1 officers. so by airief's decision the benefits will flow to all classes of lic pensioners. i request my pension brethren to contribute their might to the legal battle.
