Sir,
I attach herewith a copy of order
issued by Tamil Nadu Govt granting Notional increment to its employees required
on 30th June i.e. prior to the day of accrual of annual increment for
pensionary benefits.
Why central govt is not extending
this most genuine benefit to its employees retired on 30th June ignoring their
12 months service with no increment as the date of increment is fixed on 1st
July with no fault of the employees.
For increment minimum period
required is 6months as per the 6th CPC recommendation.

point could be achieved.
