Interpretation of SC Order by LIC?
LIC definitely will try to interpret the judgment to its advantage to avoid it's true liability towards the pensioners.That is where the counsel of the three sets of pensioners will have to counter the LIC's possible tactics by data,illustration and logic effectively.
The OROP resolution could not have happened at a better time and now it is upto us to strike the iron when it is hot.
