I
learn from your blog that Sh. R C Aggarwal, Ex.Sr DM of Chandigarh, has
left this world for his journey to another world.I pay my respect to
late RC Aggarwal. I had not the opportunity of knowing him but I bow my
head as a mark of respect to him for donating his mortal remains for
scientific research at PGI, Chandigarh.
Also, I thank the members of Late RC Aggarwal's family for their overcoming the superstitions.
