            Dear Sir,
The  Pension for the month of october  2015 has not been credited. sofar. When contacted the  D O Salem O S DEPT says that there is

some problem  in  I  O  B where the  D O A/cs are maintained. They are also not prepared to spell out what alternatives they are making. They could have

authorised the branches to credit the pension as a special case.

Sir, I request you to please do something in this regard through Sri R  B  KISHORE

                         Thanks and with Regards,
                         Yous Sincerely

                        S GOPALAN.

II) Dear Sri MPSubramanian,

1)This is in continuation of my earlier email in reply to urs wherein u stated that pension was not credited to pensioners account

I immly rang up Sri Jayakumar AO Pension cell ZO & complained such a situation shd not arise, irrespective of any change in procedure or whatever
He told me Mgr OS Salem was present in the OS Conference . ZO was informed that some problem in IOB is being sorted out & the needful will be done
I told AO ZO categorically that GENERAL statements or replies will not satify anybody& so he shd find out from independent sources & also from IOB Salem what was the problem, why it arose, has it been resolved, have they ensured this will not recur, if anything has to be done at DO Salem level that shd be done right now so that from NEXT MONTH , all will be smooth

2)I wanted to fup, but Smt Revathy as usual very punctual, present dealing with Mediclaim & when I asked for Sri Jyakumar he has not arrived at 10am/I requested her to remind him
So far he has not spoken to me

3)I was uneasy, just now I spoke to Salem Mgr OS Smt Mallika Rani ,who confirmed that out of 236 pensioners, pension was credited on 2nd November,Monday itself for all 232 pensioners, & 4 errors were pointed out by IOB bank only now, which she is looking into & will resolve by today itself. When I questioned  if EARLIER MONTH was ok, why now, she told me system was shifted to NEFT PAYMENTS, so these errors or mismatch might have been there & she is confident of setting it right immediately

4)She added she has attended my ZTC classes wayback, conveyed her regards & to my query, which I always do for personal touch, she belongs to Salem only, earlier she was Mgr Legal too, joined in 1982 & to retire in 3 yrs or so

greetings,

RBKISHORE

                          Most Respected Dear Sir,

We ,16 pensioners stationed at NAMAKKAL are very much delighted and immensely pleased  to see  your Mail and hereby convey our

grateful thanks for the spontaneous ,timely and effective steps taken by your good self. In fact it has given a JOLT at D O SALEM and we all hope that

it will have it's impact for many more months to come.As per the message received in my mobile the credit of Pension has been made only at  18-59-34

hours. on 3-11-15.

Sir, I am disturbing you  when you are all in the midst of Court case on 18th. Actually We were kept in Dark about the case until the

Jaipur Judgement in January 2010 which was published in Indian Express..Previous to that we had been writing to Chairman and also Finance Minister ointi

pointing out the stagnated Pension  and requesting for considering improvement in a general way. After knowing  about the case We came into contact with

Mr. C S MOORTHY, Hydrabad . We had been getting information for some time ,but we could not continue his contact for various reasons.

After that We searched for and got the address of Sri T R MADHAVA RAO . I also went to his house in  Saligramam at chennai once,

where I met Sri C R SANKARAN ( late) also..Both of them were very kind and willingly gave details of the case.As I was not having Computer at that time I c

could not continue my contacts with him. Then We could establish contact with Sri. Angurajan A I O S .He was kind and courteous and we could talk over

Phone on many days for a long time. As he is A I OS we could not disturb him too much.  Then We we were fortunate in getting the contact of SRI. M P S ,

a Kind ,Honest, sincere, and courteous gentleman. He is 100 percent devoted to the cause of Pensioners. At present he is only looking after our needs.

Incidentally I may mention that Sri  C.H MAHADEVAN   is also well known to me. He hails from my wifes place.I have also sent some

Mails to him for which he was kind enough to reply.

Even now Myself  and some similarly placed Pensioners are having some anomaly in getting the 4 th Stagnation Increments due before retirement but was denied as it was implemented only from the date of Notification.of 1997 wage revision. but in subsequent settlements this condition has been removed.I had gone upto CHAIRMAN only to be rejected. I shall send you the papers and request you to please take it up with L I C when you are free.

Sir, We are thankful to you again. We also wish to convey our HEARTIEST GREETINGS TO YOU FOR A HAPPY DEEPAVALI.
I had also  attended the  Z T C some time before my retirement in  1998 june  when you were the PRINCIPAL

I also wish to add that I was fortunate to watch your daughter s Programme in T. V some time back. My two daughters are at Chennai only in

THIRUVANMIYUR and VELACHERRY. Both of my sons in law are computer Engineers.

                              With Kind and affectionate Regards,

                              Yours sincerely,

                               S. GOPALAN. NAMAKKAL. PH. 8903450984
