Dear Shri Bhargava Ji,
Greetings.
Its
a pleasure that you are quite active and well aware of the latest
happenings related to pensioners fraternity. I also welcome you for
joining the retired group through email/blog.
I hundred percent
agree with you that all the pensioners irrespective of their class or
past union affiliation should work together for the cause of pensioners.
All India Retired Insurance Employees Federation is the organization
encompassing all class of employees i.e. Class 1, Class 2 (Development
Officers), ClassIII & IV. In most of the Divisions of LIC, AIRIEF is
having it's Divisional Units. You may contact Shri D D Gupta who is
AIRIEF's Dy General Secretary. His address is given below:

AIRIEF
has taken up a number of issues related to the pensioners and could
earn achievements in so many issues. DR Anomaly to pre 97 retirees and
pension updation case is also being fought by AIRIEF at SC level and
final hearing is scheduled for 24 th Nov 2015.
It appears that
your pension is not settled for max. permissible qualifying years.
AIRIEF has taken up the case of such retirees whom benefit under pension
rule 27 is not allowed. In case you are from agents quota, then
additional no. of qualifying years should be allowed for which cases are
filed in various courts. You can examine your case in the light of Sec
27 and if it falls under the provisions of said Sec 27 you can contact
with us.
You can get more information about any matter related to LIC pensioners from Shri DD Gupta or write to any one of us.
Regards & Thanks,

Respected Sir,
Namaste
I do not know as how I am justified to write :-
.If you search your heart with all the sincerity,it will be a known fact
that boon of pension was achieved through hard struggle by LIC class
2,3,&4 employees.
Our struggle could be more easy if you could include all the retirees and
working class 2,3 &4. It may build more pressure on LIC
This is absolute my personal opinion in the interest of of our struggle
Please ignore if I am wrong.
