Though OUR CASE IS THE LAST IN DAILY LIST OF REGULAR HEARING MATTERS under the HEAD
APPEALS AND WRIT PETITIONS FOR HEARING SPECIALLY DIRECTED / ADJOURNED MATTERS,
IT CAN TURN TO BE A BLESSING IN DISGUISE.
Many of our friends, out of sheer anxiety and past adjournments, have expressed their apprehensions.
Last month New CJI had taken over. Will all the cases before the court of previous CJI will be
HEARD BY THE NEW BENCH DEENOVO? I think NO.
So friends, lets keep our fingers crossed and in all probability our case can/should be taken up and once the hearing of our last case of the day is resumed I am sanguine it may be carried to the next day also culminating in the final stage.
We pray and hope no new applications will be moved and our Sr. Advocates, petitioners, leaders. other case managers are fully prepared and geared up for the final legal assault and will be successful in getting (1) SLPs of UOI dismissed and (2) clear & unambiguous orders from HON'BLE Bench headed by Hon'ble Mr.Justice Dipak Misra for implementation of Rajsthan High Court Jaipur Judgment dated 12.1.2010 delivered by Mr. Justice MN Bhandari who allowed both the writs on DA anomaly and Revision/up gradation of pension, in letter and spirit AND two other Judgements of Pb & Hry HC and Delhi HC also which are based on the Judgment of Rajasthan HC, besides the said Judgment has also been held up by the Division Bench and also in Review by Rajasthan HC Jaipur and no stay was granted by Hon. Supreme Court.
There is no cause for despair or distress. Lets have patience and faith in our Judiciary and our Sr.Advocates, petitioners, leaders and case managers AND WISH THEM ALL THE SUCCESS.
With kind regards & hoping for the best.H K AGGARWALMOHALI---------------------------------------------------'-
