DEAR All LIC PENSIONERS
1)Look at the wonderful Chart prepared by Sri RKSahni,DM Retd, for all Cadres indicating the anamoly,drastic, grotesque,rising with every wage settlement.
Go thro the Pension Anamoly chart for ALL Groups of Pensioners for all settlements.
2)Also, if you analyse,DR per Slab range Difference/loss for all cadres,for all groups of pensioners,the difference in DR per Slab,for Assts, rises from Rs 5.0385 as at 1/8/2007 in relation to DR per slab as at 1/8/87--1/8/92 settlement, to Rs 9.291 after latest 1/8/2012 settlement
App 66 DR slabs likely ,to be confirmed after CPI December 2015 known on 29/1/2016.
So, we know how much we lose till FINAL Verdict comes from eminent SC Bench
