As per 20.01.2016 Daily Cause list of Regular Matters, our case is listed at SR No. 121 in Court No. 4 of Hon'ble Justice Dipak Misra & Hon'ble Justice NV Ramana.
There is no Bench of Hon'ble Justice Dipak Misra & Hon'ble Justice Praphulla C. Pant on 20.01.2016 who had partly heard our case.
Can our case be now heard by new Bench?
