Next date in our case - LIC's CAs 8959-62/2013.

THERE IS LOT OF ANXIETY AND CONCERN  FOR THE NEXT DATE OF HEARING IN OUR CASE.
FRIENDS, IF  WE GO BY THE CALENDAR OF THE SUPREME COURT OF THE CURRENT MONTH,
WE CANNOT  EXPECT AN EARLY DATE BECAUSE BOTH THE JUDGES OF THE  SC BENCH,
WHICH IS HEARING OUR CASE, ARE IN THE CONSTITUTION BENCHES HEARING WP(CIVIL) 53/2016
 (which is fixed for 1.2.2016 now) AND SLP(CIVIL) 876/2016 (was listed for 27.1.2016 ).
IN MY OPINION TILL THESE TWO CASES ARE FINALLY DISPOSED OF BY THE CONSTITUTION BENCH,
THE LISTING OF OUR CASE MAY GET DELAYED - AND MAY BE LISTED IN 2ND/3RD WEEK OF FEBRUARY,2016
ONLY. LET THERE BE NO CONFUSION ABOUT 29-1-2016 WHICH IS A DATE ON WHICH IA FILED BY HYDERABAD
ASSN MAY BE LISTED AND IN ALL PROBABILITY IF THE SC AGREES TO ADMIT, IT WILL BE TAGGED WITH
THE MAIN CASE ie. 8959-62/2013.

We have to wait and watch for the next date of hearing of the main case on which all pensioners
have fixed their eyes obviously because full justice will come only when  Bench headed by  Hon'ble
Mr. Justice Dipak Misra dismisses the CAs of LIC and directs  implementation of Jaipur Judgment dated
12.1.2010 allowing both the writs on DA anomaly and Up gradation / revision of pension & LIC' Board Resolution,
and  judgments of Pb &Hry HC and Delhi HC which are also based on Jaipur, in letter and spirit.

At this juncture when the case is in the "PARTLY HEARD CATEGORY" Hon'ble Court will like it to be listed  for final hearing,
and as such lot of caution and diligence is required at all levels, and we are confident of the capability of our
petitioners, leaders, case managers, and  of course the Sr. Advocates who will aptly and  ably spell out all the solid facts
already in the notice of the court  and  exhibit professional acumen with  forceful  arguments to clinch the issues and
come out with 100% success.
Unity and serenity are the need of the hour and  also evading any  immature comments / aspersions.
Lets pray and hope with optimism for TRUTH TO TRIUMPH.
