As
per daily order dated 28.01.2016 shown on SC site, an appeal was orally
mentioned on IA no. 6 of 2015 in CA No. 6995 of 2013 (LIC of India Vs.
Mr. M L
Gandhi (D) Thr. LR & Ors.) on 28.1.2016 before the Bench of Hon'ble
SC. Advocate for the respondents is
Mr. Kish Chaturvedi. Upon hearing the council the court passed the order
that
let the matter be deleted from the cause list of 29.01.2016. As we all
know the said IA was already disposed of by the same bench on 4.12.2015.
I could not find any post in this regard from the case managers. Can someone through light as to what
was the matter which was directed to be deleted from the cause list of 29th
Jan 2016?
My purpose of writing this is to comprehend the cases in the light of earlier interim orders.
