On receiving your mail, I checked up Daily Cause List of 29.01.2016 from the Archive Cause lists on SC website.

I find that there is IA NO.5 of 2015 under CA no. 9223/2013 in Supplementary Cause List of 29.01.2016.

Again going to CA No. 9223/13 [Delhi High Court Order of Sri G N Sreedharan Case], there is order dated

28.01.2016 for listing of said  IA on 29.01.2016.As per order dated 29.01.2016t the IA No. 5 was tagged with other connected  matters to be listed on 10.03.2016 and Mr. Kish Chaturvedi was the Advocate on behalf of MR MS Murty.

There is no mention of IA No, 5 under CA  6995/2013 in either Daily Cause list or Supplementary Cause List of 29.01.2016.

To me it appears that IA No. 5 under  6995/2013 was wrongly mentioned in Daily Cause List of 29.01.2016 instead of IA No. 5 under CA No. 9223/2013 and the Mr Kish Chaturvedi mentioned the same on 28.01.2016 and got the order dated 28.01.2016 for deleting of the same  from Daily Cause list of 29.01.2016 as mentioned by you .
