We have dispatched the charter of Demand for retirees to you in
JANUARY 2016 and met with Sri Manish Kumar Under secretary Department
of Financial services and submitted charter of demand in two sets.He
had assured to consider and assured to send one copy to you.
We have also met with sri Arun Jaitely Finance Minister of India in
his parliament chamber on 9th.March,2016 and Sri Sadanand Gowda Union
minister on law and justice and submitted charter of demand and
demands for payment of terminal benefits to all elligible employees
and officers although dismissed/terminated/crs.
The finance minister assured to consider our demands and also to see
that retirees issues are discussed with retirees.
The law minister has forwarded the memorandum to finance ministry and
assured to bring a legislation so that each and every employee does
not need to file writ petition for a similar issues and avoid
unnecessary litigation by employers.
we need to meet you to explain our point of view and request you to
give me an appointment on 5th,April 2016 at your office or where ever
you deem fit or any other date.
