***NOINO NEWS***

28.3.2016.

There are lot of news/rumours being circulated about 5 days' week notification, matters discussed in the recent Board meeting etc. Some have spread the news(?!) that Govt has refused to take any decision on 5 days week.

As per our information, some clarification was obtained from the management regarding the 5 days' week issue which was promptly given by the management. The management as well as NOINO is pursuing the issue continuously for early issuance of the notification.

As far as the board meeting is concerned, the issue of revision of pension for retirees in the inter-charter period post wage-revision was discussed & approved. This is a routine matter after every wage revision.

The Transfer & Mobility policy was also put up before the Board & approved. It is unlikely that the management will formally invite the unions & discuss the matter, though informal discussions can take place. The management has also assured to consider the sentiments of the employees while implementing it.

NOINO once again makes it clear that it is against any form of forced transfers(if, any) & will continue to oppose it.

Instructions for revision in housing loan limits are in final stage and it will be cleared after closing.

NOINO assures to follow up the issues at appropriate evel.
