Dear Editor,
All your valuable readers might have heard this Theme Song from our
highly learned friend Sh H.K. Aggarwal so many times over the last few
months telling all of us that filing of fresh three WPs by Hyderabad
Association, AIRIEF and AIIPA at Delhi High Court was not a correct step .
My simple
question to Sh. Aggarwal is that in case AIRIEF has not taken a correct step as
per his assessment then why he had issued his appeal to AIRIEF the other day to
bring all case managers on a single platform for a unified battle at Delhi High
Court. Criticism and appeal for unity cannot stay together.
Next,
when three fresh players have entered Delhi High Court ,why he always criticizes
only Hyderabad Association ignoring other two new players.
And when he was invited by Sh Murty during his recent visit to
Chandigarh on 10th /11th December 2016 to address all his questions and
doubts related with entry of Hyderabad Association at Delhi High Court , he chose
to simply decline the offer.
