The justice took strong view on it and asked that if u want to raise this go to SC. The court said we will go only to point referred to us. so u withdraw this appl. The lawyer agreed to withdraw.
04/01/17, 2:27:06 PM: +91 94256 07286: Our case came up at 12. No Sr. advocate other than Nidesh Guptaji preseng in court. Mr. Gupta started his arguements effectively. Justice ask do u challange rule to have benefit of pension upgradation. mr. Gupta read our prayer very clear covering all auspects nd vide range. He quoted the purpose of pension from various judgements and discrimination in pension to zm vs asstt. The first time i saw court hearing advocate silentlly n carefully. The court ask clarification on classification point to which Mr. Gupta replied effectively nd to satisfaction of bench. Mr. Gupta quoted various judgementd fvg our prayers. Many time judges consult nd ask some clarification very politely. Othrtwise jus. Khanna had been very harsh nd not allow to speak adv. but the bench heard him carefully.
Earlier in start bench outright rejects the hyd ass. jr. adv request and said nothing doing.
Various cases Guptaji quoted to support that any classification is illegal on any basis.
